Lemon Pieces 1,3% 20 g
Ammonium 0,008% 0,12 g
Working method
Kneading Whisk the eggs, sugar and lemon pieces while heating till 37ºC Then cool down, but keep whipping Mix the flour and Sonnique Super Kapsel and add ammonium Then put the two mixes together and mix lightly
Baking Approx. 8-10 minutes at 220ºC
