Ingredients

Credin Cake Choco Extra Dark » 100% 1000 g
Cake Margarine (13°C) 15% 150 g
Water approx. 7,5% 75 g
Filling:
Chocolade and/or Nut pieces 10-15% 100-150 g
Working method
Mixing Mix Credin Choco Extra Dark with margarine and water for approx. 3 minutes. Mix filling in for approx. 2 minutes till the dough is homogeneous
Method Make a roll of the dough with a diameter of approx. 6 cm. Cut slices of 75 grams per piece. Place the slices on prepared baking sheets. There is no need to flatten the cookies
Baking Approx. 12 minutes at 180°C
