The European Bakery Innovation Centre (EBIC) starts 2011 with a new website. With a new fresh design and improved usability. The renewed EBIC website offers companies in the bakery chain information and opportunities for collaboration and sharing knowledge.

The new EBIC website offers a clear range of seminars, workshops, rental facilities, market research and Toolkits. Visitors can apply directly for an event, one of the rental facilities or market research. The site is extended with EBIC files on Salt reduction, Fatty acids, Reprocessing bread waste and Sustainable palm oil. The files provide access to several interesting articles and documents on these subjects.

EBIC is the European Bakery Innovation Centre. A meeting point where consumers, bakeries, machine constructors and ingredients suppliers come together. A place focused on know-how, market trends and customer-oriented development.
