2 September 2014 - Management change Sonneveld Group B.V. (Corporate News)

After having been employed for the Sonneveld Group for 10 years Cees Hack decided to resign as the CEO / Managing Director effective as from 1 January 2015.

During the years that Cees Hack has managed the company far-reaching changes occurred. In 2007, after fifty years, the Sonneveld family transferred the leadership to the new management. In 2010 Sonneveld Group became part of the Norwegian company Orkla, quoted on the stock exchange, within which we retained our own identity.

Sonneveld Group is a strong and competent organisation with a financial healthy result. This is confirmed by the fact that Sonneveld has a leading role and is acknowledged in the area of baking ingredients in the West European market and beyond.

“I am leaving the company with mixed feelings. I managed Sonneveld Group with ample passion and pleasure, however for me and my family it is time for a new challenge outside of Europe as the Managing Director of AB Mauri for the Middle East / Africa region, based in Dubai”, says Cees Hack.

Up to and including 31 December 2014 Cees Hack will remain responsible for Sonneveld Group under the articles of association; the selection procedure for a replacement is underway. With the pursued strategy, vision and values Sonneveld Group is ready to continue its growth under new leadership.

Cees would like to thank you all for the cooperation and the confidence in the past years.
