Mould loosly as a round loaf Decorate with a mixture of sesame seeds and Vitason Volfit and place the dough pieces on with rice flour prepared inserter
Baking: Approx. 50 minutes at 220°C with steam Open steam slide in time
Bulk proof: Approx. 15 minutes
