BBQ Chicken Bites
BBQ Chicken Bites based on SonPulse Savoury Filling BBQ Chicken
Laminated yeast dough:
- 500 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 25 g Margarine
- 25 g Fresh yeast
- 8 g Salt
- 200 g Water approx.
- 250 g Laminating butter/laminating margarine
Filling:
- 330 g SonPulse Savoury Filling BBQ Chicken
- 22 g Water
Make laminated yeast dough.
Mix SonPulse Savoury Filling BBQ Chicken with water.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm.
Cut out slices with a round cutter of 8 cm in diameter.
Pipe approx. 15 g filling on each slice.
Decorate with grated cheese.
Final proof approx. 80 minutes.
Bake approx. 20 minutes at 175°C.
