Mix all ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough.
Dough temperature: approx. 26°C.
Scale dough pieces approx. 900 gram and rounding.
Dough proof: approx. 20 minutes.
Mould as a long loaf.
Decorate with the mixture of sesame, linseed and sunflower seeds and place douch pieces in toast baking tins.
Final proof: approx. 65 minutes.
Bake: approx. 35-40 minutes at 225ºC with a little steam.
Bake: in rotation oven: approx. 35-40 minutes at 215ºC with a little steam.
