Dough temperature: approx. 26°C
Scale: Dough pieces approx. 800 grams and rounding
Dough proof: Approx. 50 minutes
Mould as a long loaf Decorate with a mixture of sunflower and sesame seeds and place the dough pieces into toast baking tins
Final proof: Approx. 60 minutes (3/4 proofing time)
Baking: approx. 35 minutes at 220°C
Just before baking place the lids on the baking tins
