Soak the Granary & Songraanmix in lukewarm water for approx. 30 minutes
Mix all ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough
Dough temperature: approx. 26ºC.
Dough pieces approx. 1030 grams and rounding
1st dough proof approx. 15 minutes, mould after that in point shape
2nd dough proof approx. 20 minutes
Mould as a long loaf
Decorate with Sonvlokken and place the dough pieces on inserter or baking sheets
Final proof: Approx.60 minutes
Baking: Approx. 45 minutes at 240ºC. with steam
