Mexican Muffins (SonPulse Mexican)
Mexican Muffins based on Credi Savoury Muffins and SonPulse Mexican
Muffins:
- 550 g Credi Savoury Muffins
- 225 g Eggs
- 100 g Oil
- 65 g Fried onions
Mix all ingredients: approx. 4minutes in first gear, after that approx. 2 minutes in second gear.
Pipe approx. 80 grams muffin batter into the de muffin forms.
Pipe approx. 25 grams SonPulse Savoury Filling Mexican in the muffin batter.
Decorate as desired.
Bake: approx. 25 minutes on 180°C.
