Mexican Muffins based on Credi Savoury Muffins and SonPulse Mexican

Ingredients

Muffins:

  • 550 g Credi Savoury Muffins
  • 65 g Fried onions
  • 100 g Oil
  • 225 g Eggs

Filling:

  • SonPulse Mexican

Working method

  • Mix all ingredients approx. 4minutes in first gear, after that approx. 2 minutes in second gear.
  • Pipe approx. 80 grams muffin batter into the de muffin forms.
  • Pipe approx. 25 grams SonPulse Savoury Filling Mexican in the muffin batter.
  • Decorate as desired.
  • Bake: approx. 25 minutes on 180°C.
