Broer Almond Marzipan 1:1,5 is a type of marzipan consisting of 1 part almonds to 1.5 parts sugar. This premium marzipan is of premium quality and ideal for decorations, figures and filling for luxury chocolates. Broer Almond Marzipan is produced according to the Lübecker (warm) method for an extra plastic marzipan. Making marzipan using the warm method has the advantage that it is very fine, has good consistency and remains flexible for a long period of time.
