In head-to-head baking tests, Credi Plus consistently outperformed the benchmark. At a 100g deposit weight, Credi Plus achieved an average cake volume of 219ml, compared to 195ml for the reference product. That’s a meaningful difference in the tin and on the shelf.
At 550g, the results were just as impressive. Credi Plus delivered a cake volume of 1,204ml versus 1,068ml for the competitor, with a lower baked density throughout.
