Working method
Mixing Mix approx. 5 minutes with a planetair mixer all ingredients to a homogenius batter. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes after mixing and before processing
Processing Spread approx. 1100 grams batter as thin as possible over a prepared baking slide of 60 x 80 cm
Baking Bake approx. 10 minutes at 180°C
Dividing Slice the dried batter into the desired dimensions directly from the oven
Baking Bage again. Approx. 45 minutes at 170°C with open valve
