SonPlus CL is a universal bread improver that is suitable for several types of bread. For instance, white bread, brown bread, wholemeal bread and both bloomers and tin bread. The recipe is based on enzyme technology: the enzymes render the use of emulsifiers superfluous (contains ascorbic acid/E300).

The powdered bread improvers of the SonPlus series produce good baking quality with good structure and tenderness in all types of full-sized loaves, individual breads (rolls, etc.), fruit bread, luxury bread and crisp breads. Suitable for all processes, including dough-retarding processes and interrupted proofing by means of a freezing process.
