Sonplus Toast Export is a multipurpose bread improver for soft, crispy and laminated bread types. It is based on enzyme technology and does not contain any emulsifiers. This bread improver can be used for all bread varieties and offers you a wide range of successful top quality end products. It gives high process tolerance and stabilises fluctuations in flour quality.

The powdered bread improvers of the SonPlus series produce good baking quality with good structure and tenderness in all types of full-sized loaves, individual breads (rolls, etc.), fruit bread, luxury bread and crisp breads. Suitable for all processes, including dough-retarding processes and interrupted proofing by means of a freezing process.
