Knekkebrod with ID Knekkebrodmix


  • 1000 g - 100% ID Knekkebrodmix
  • 1200 g - 120% Water ca.

Working method

  • Mix approx. 5 minutes with a planetair mixer all ingredients to a homogenius batter. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes after mixing and before processing
  • Spread approx. 1100 grams batter as thin as possible over a prepared baking slide of 60 x 80 cm
  • Bake approx. 10 minutes at 180°C
  • Slice the dried batter into the desired dimensions directly from the oven
  • Bake again: Approx. 45 minutes at 170°C with open valve
