Ingredients
- 10000 g - 100% Sonnique Special Cake
- 3600 g - 36% Eggs
- 3000 g - 30% LiquiSon Short Cake
- 1000 g - 10% Water approx.
Decoration:
- Orange Sugarconfetti
Working method
- Mix all ingredients together in the first gear for approx. 3 minutes. Scratch the pelvis and mix everything once again in the second gear for a period of 2 minutes. Specific gravity approx. 1010 g/l
- Pipe desired size on baking sheets
- Decorate with orange sugarconfetti
- Baking: Approx. 8 minutes at 225ºC
