Ingredients

  • 5000 g - 50% Flour
  • 5000 g - 50% VitaSon Zonnepit (sunflowerseed) 50%
  • 5500 g - 55% Water approx.

Working method

  • Mix all ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough
  • Dough temperature: approx. 26ºC
  • Scale: Dough pieces approx. 450 grams and rounding
  • Dough proof: Approx. 40 minutes
  • Mould as a round loaf Place the dough pieces on baking sheets and flatten slightly.
  • Stab in the middle with a round stick Decorate the inside with sunflower seeds and decorate the outside with maisgroats.
  • Incise like a solar orb
  • Final proof: Approx. 65 minutes
  • Baking: Approx. 35 minutes at 230ºC with steam
