Vanille Chocolate Cookies


  • 1000 g Credi Cake Choco Extra Dark 100%
  • 150 g Cake Margarine (13°C) 15%


  • 100-150 g Chocolade and/or Nut pieces 10-15%

Working method

  • Mix Credin Choco Extra Dark with margarine and water for approx. 3 minutes. Mix filling in for approx. 2 minutes till the dough is homogeneous
  • Make a roll of the dough with a diameter of approx. 6 cm. Cut slices of 75 grams per piece. Place the slices on prepared baking sheets. There is no need to flatten the cookies
  • Baking: Approx. 12 minutes at 180°C
