Working method / Dosage
Mix 200g Credi Fond Neutral well with 250ml water approx. 20°C. When Credi Fond Neutral is completely dissolved, fold into 1000g lightly whipped cream and mix gently till smooth. Leave to set in the refrigerator or freezer for hours. To delay setting proces, use lukewarm water.
