Savory Snacks based on SonPulse BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
Laminated dough:
- 2.500 g Laminated dough without yeast
Filling:
- 2.000 g SONPULSE BBQ CHICKEN
- 300 g Water
Working method
- Thin the SonPulse BBQ Chicken with water.
- Roll out the laminated dough into a sheet of 2 mm thickness.
- Cut square slices of 12 x 12 cm.
- Pipe SonPulse BBQ Chicken filling on the slices.
- Fold the dough slices into a triangle shape and press the edges well.
- Dough rest approx. 30 minutes.
- Bake approx. 20 minutes at 180°C.
