Savoury Crackers (BBQ Chicken)

Savoury Crackers (BBQ Chicken) based on SonPulse BBQ Chicken


  • 1500 g Laminated dough without yeast
  • 800 g SonPulse BBQ Chicken
  • 100 g Sunflouwer seeds

Working method

  • Roll out the laminated dough for a baking sheet of 60x 80 cm and 1,5 mm thickness. Prick well.
  • Divide 800 grams SonPulse BBQ Chicken over the whole slice laminated dough.
  • Cut the crackers in de desired size and let it rest sufficiently.
  • Just before baking, sprinkle about 100 grams of sunflower seeds over the whole slice.
  • Bake approx. 25 minutes on 200°C and dry approx. 20 minutes at 150°C.
