Working method
Kneading Mix all ingredients together for approx. 3 minutes in the first gear. Scratch the pelvis and turn everything off by mixing it again for approx. 2 minutes in the second gear. The specific weight is approx. 1010 g / L. After mixing mix filling gently in
Scale Fill the Turban baking tin three-quarters
Baking Approx. 60-75 minutes at 180ºC.
Baking in rotation oven Approx. 60-75 minutes at 160ºC.
 
Extra information
Remarks For better softness in the baked product, we recommend to wash again delivered raisins/currants and soak them briefly
