Sonneveld Group has over 50 years of worldwide experience in release agents for bakery and confectionery products. Sonneveld offers an extensive range of release agents and dividing and slicing oils for the entire food industry. Highlighted: Release agent in an aerosol

An aerosol is a solution for people who work with small scale production runs. We have three different aerosols available with release agents and one for lubrication. Aerosols will make you more flexible while preparing your bread and pastry creations. Recently Sonneveld has introduced a new aerosol, named Pastry Elite.

 

Introduction new aerosol: Pastry Elite

Pastry Elite Spray is a release agent based on vegetable oils and special lecithin and contains no wax. This vegetable formulation gives an outstanding release power and excellent spray pattern. Specifically developed for releasing end products with a high sugar and protein content. Pastry Elite Spray is also suitable for cooled or frozen dough products.
